Bethany Brewer is a native of the Chicagoland area. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with her BM in Vocal Performance from the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music in 2017, she made her way to Denver, Colorado to pursue her MM in Vocal Performance at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she studied with Abigail Nims. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in December of 2020 and returned to Chicagoland in 2021. She is now working to establish herself as a performer and teacher in a new area.

Bethany teaches voice and piano lessons and has recently performed several recitals, featuring works by Dominick Argento, J.S. Bach, Lori Laitman, Hugo Wolf, and others. She feels passionately about performing and teaching music composed by women and minorities that has historically been kept from the spotlight.
